Create a respectful & open world for natural hair
This powerful booklet about the CROWN Act was created to protect and spread awareness about hair discrimination in schools and workplaces. It also discusses how not all states in the United States have signed the Act. It also includes a poem, and hair history about afros, braids, and cornrows.
My Hair Does Not Want To Be Anything BUT BLACK!
Respecting oneself takes time and patience. You then turn to love yourself. We cannot change; we only embrace the physical traits we have been born with because we were made to be the way we are. Our hair is a gift that we can use to express ourselves. This generation has to be the generation that ends hair discrimination.
world vitiligo day
Designing a World Vitiligo Day poster is a meaningful way to raise awareness about this skin condition and foster understanding and empathy. It allows me to contribute to breaking stigmas, promoting self-acceptance, and celebrating the beauty of diversity. Through this poster, I aim to educate others, highlight the resilience of individuals living with vitiligo, and inspire unity in advocating for inclusivity and equality.
